Thanks for your feedback. We've got these issues on our upcoming slate of topics and look forward to exploring them in detail with you. We promise.

And regarding the video, it reminded me of some recent family reunions.

Loved the video.... I actually thought I was watching team meetings at a previous job. HA HA

As far as tips & tools, I agree that anything additional to weed out the undesirables, seeking anything and can provide nothing to the position would be tremendous. Our company is unique in business and it takes talent and uniquity to keep it going. I want professionals that can have fun but, know how to be appropriate, responsible adult, non-hand holding employees... Sorry to much like a political debate, huh?

The video is pretty funny. I got some strange looks from fellow co-workers while playing it. I simply referred back, "Careerbuilder", haha.

So what ails me? As a recruiter, it is an ever present challenge to recruit QUALITY in a demographic market with one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country.

Is it wrong that I'd support a political candidate that won't create jobs (I kid, I kid).

I absolutely love that video. I laughed out loud in my office, which then attracted my co-workers to come watch it too.

As for what ails me, I'd love to hear more about tricks for applicant screening. Obviously there are a lot of people out there applying to any job possible, but how do I get to the best applicants quickly?
