		<description>You bring up an interesting point about companies still really needing to step up and do things to retain employees in this economy. The Threadless example was cool especially since it seems like they are building and retaining their company through a unique culture. This is just as important as ever. Yes, there are less jobs out there so people may not do as much job hopping now, but good people can still find work. And no company wants to lose their best employees when things are tight.</description>
