		<description>As with many companies, we have had to reevaluate our benefits package and revise some of our benefits in an effort to save money across the company. While some benefits were reduced we were also able to negotiate and add some benefits (like critical illness insurance, identity theft assistance, travel protection, Healthy Rewards program and a Will Preparation Program). This helped to soften the blow of reducing some other benefits. Because of these benefit changes, the savings enabled our company to keep our annual merit increase in tact. At the time we announced these benefit changes, our CEO sent out a letter (state of the union) to reassure our employees of the company’s commitment to our employees while still keeping the company profitable. Employees appreciated hearing directly from the CEO and are very excited that they still get their annual raises.</description>

		<description>Our company hosts many moral boosting events and even though we preformed well in 2008 we in HR are always mindful of our associates satisfaction. Last year we hosted an Associates Career Day and boy did we get coodos from the associates! We are now making it an annual event. We have small give aways if we are opening in a new state such as GooGoo bars for TN. We host health events w/ vendors were associates receive health information andf small give aways such as sunscreen, eye glass repairs kits.</description>

We have told our employees that the media can only sell negative so with that said Dan R&#039;s Automotive has thier own ecomomy and economic program&#039;s.Dan R&#039;s Automotive stimulus package is to turn off the media , turn on the POSITIVE!. Show love , committment,compassion with our clients and we will be rewarded many times over.We hold monthly potlucks where we do a theme like st.patricks day bring in something that starts with a G for green.In this world all belongs to God - The only thing that we OWN outright is our ATTITUDE - Make the best of it.
