		<description>TWinternship:  Terminology in Job Title - Most large employers use traditional job titles (to avoid rewiring the job code, job groups, comp level and job title auto fill features of their candidate tracking databases.) but that said definitely should have a function like this in their communication departments. I don&#039;t think the blogger that responded with college people enabled to this funtion not being responsible enough is thinking straight. Think Steven Jobs, Think any of the new millionaires, most are in or just out of college. 
BTW, to facebook as a tool?... WE DO NOT WANT pictures on resumes- which is a problem with face book over a tool like blogging. I have to cover my eyes as I say &quot;LA LA LA LA LA LA ...
