		<description>That list of &quot;Don&#039;t Do&#039;s&quot; is dead on. I value the questions an interviewee asks as much as I value the answers they give. Also, the &quot;thank you&quot; note may not be the deciding factor if you&#039;re the top candidate, but in a close race, it can mean the world. 

I&#039;d also add timeliness to the list. Arriving either too early or too late can get the interview off on the wrong foot. Ten to fifteen minutes before the interview starts is perfect.</description>
