60+ young
Excellent condition
Background: CEO; Consultant to CEO's and Upper Mgt. All that stuff is gone with the wind!
Interested in "just a job"!
Full time, proximity.. interesting would be nice but I'll take whats available.

Responded to a add from on of your clients.. Gov and State jobs.. proximity.. $ 69.00 ...if you dont get a job they return the money. They asked for my Credit Card.
Without my legal staff... and my "Gal's" Friday.. I don't know if this is a "trap".
Does CareerBuilder scan their clients?
Is your credibility behind them.

The BEST question I ask is:

"Tell me anything you want me to know about yourself." From that you can gain a plethora of information. You may even hear stuff you don't want to hear. It is very revealing, often.

Every organization has its own internal biases. Some organizations prefer experienced workers; others like candidates from Ivy League universities with 4.0 GPAs. Hiring managers and recruiters need to acknowledge these biases and realize that great candidates may not fit the typical mold.
