Forty-one percent of employers surveyed expect to increase salaries by up to 3 percent, and 15 percent expect their average changes will be say they plan to raise compensation between 4 and 10 percent. Another 2 percent of employers predict an increase of 11 percent or more. Only 3 percent of employers anticipate a decrease in salaries over the next three months, while 5 percent are undecided over changes in pay.
