There’s no avoiding the ‘aging population shift’ that is happening right now: as the large number of baby boomers grow older, their needs for better, more frequent health care are increasing. Yet according to new research study, only a fraction of health care employers are prepared for the changes necessary to provide sufficient care for these patients.
This finding comes from CareerBuilder’s recently released study, The Care Crunch: 2013 Health Care Trends, a comprehensive look at the current state of the current health care situation in the U.S. and the implications of a health care staffing shortage.
