For 2 in 3 Employers, Promotions Do Not Mean Pay Increases

Contrary to what many workers may believe (or hope), a promotion does not always translate to a pay increase. In fact, more often than not, a promotion stands alone. According to a recent CareerBuilder survey, nearly two-thirds of employers (63 percent) said that promotion at their firms don’t always entail pay increases.

    I need to import about 50 of 458 posts from a blogspot blog into wordpress. If I use the plug in import tool, I am concerned that it will duplicate the posts that were already imported in a previous batch. Also the prior posts have been re-categorized.…
