The good news is that more and more companies are finally starting to see the value of big data as a business differentiator; however, a recent CareerBuilder study reveals that the vast majority of employers are struggling to recruit the talent they need to carry out big data initiatives.
The irony is here is that big data is the very element that can help companies recruit smarter and find the in-demand talent they need. With help from CareerBuilder’s Supply & Demand Portal, for example, companies can see where the supply of candidates they need is highest – and where it is lowest – helping them properly allocate their recruiting resources.
