What does that mean for you?
For starters, try to rid your mind of the age-old stigma surrounding job-hopping, and don’t discount job-hoppers as you hunt for qualified candidates for your open positions.
Evidently job-hopping isn’t all bad! More than half of employers (53 percent) say job-hoppers tend to have a wide range of expertise and can adapt quickly (51 percent).
