Will Emmons is an Area Vice President for CareerBuilder, the nation’s largest online job site and the global leader in human capital solutions. In his role, Emmons is responsible for sales strategies and revenue growth within CareerBuilder’s Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts Group, and Integral Accounts Group. As AVP, Emmons works with corporations to solve problems and answer tough questions relating to human capital, including hiring trends, labor shortages, market fluctuations, job seeker behavior and workplace issues. Emmons joined CareerBuilder in 2002 and held a variety of positions prior to becoming AVP including national account sales, Area Sales Manager and VP of Corporate Marketing.
