Fifty-Seven Percent of Employers Have Mobile-Friendly Career Sites

If you go to your company’s career site from a mobile device, what do you see? According to a recent CareerBuilder survey, 57 percent of employers with 1,000 or more employees have created mobile-friendly versions of their career sites. This is good news for job seekers and employers alike, considering almost 40 percent of the U.S. population use mobile devices to go online – with numbers continuing to climb year-over-year, according to eMarketer.

For those companies who haven’t made the move to a mobile-friendly career site, the most important thing to keep in mind is the user-experience. Put effort into creating and maintaining a clear, clean, fast and easy-to-navigate mobile site. The user experience is what will set you apart and keep job seekers engaged.
